Once a product has been ordered, we ship within 3-5 business days. Courier deliveries typically take an additional 1-3 business days. This means your customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.

Shipping is automatically integrated into our service and costs R125 excl. VAT per delivery. Our reliable shipping process ensures that your customers receive their products on time.
Payment Process
How does payment work?
Your customers pay you directly through your store. INIT Apparel then sends you an invoice. Once the invoice is settled, we commence printing and shipping. This straightforward payment process keeps everything simple and transparent.
Custom Packaging
Do you offer custom packaging?
Due to the nature of drop shipping, our process and packaging are standardised. Orders are sealed in a plastic bag along with the order sheet. This standardised approach helps maintain efficiency and consistency.
Returns Policy
What about returns?
If there is an issue with the print or a flaw in the garment, In.It Apparel will collect and replace the item. We provide size charts to ensure the correct size is ordered. If a customer orders an incorrect size, they will need to place a new order.

Submitting Mockups and Artwork
How do I submit mockups and artwork?
Artwork can be sent to online@initapparel.co.za. You can submit either a modeled garment or a flat lay, but make sure the mockups are under 1MB. This ensures we can process your designs quickly and efficiently.
